It is often said that some of the most beneficial conversations happen in between courses, in the hallways, while sharing a meal or chatting at the table during all-member events.  That could not have been more true when I found myself having an in depth conversation in the ladies room with a colleague and the association’s incoming president about information just presented at a class.
